A little surprise. A little heads-up.
You know them. We help you show it.
The planned four-step journey: a thoughtful profile, irregular surprises and a day-before text to you.
Four steps, a little less admin.
Tell us their thing.
At launch, build a partner profile around what they enjoy and what they would rather skip. Choose a suitable delivery location and share the dates that matter. We plan to ask only for details needed to arrange welcome, suitable surprises.
Leave a little to chance.
We plan your annual allowance at irregular times, with birthdays and anniversaries mapped a year ahead. There is no fixed weekday or same-date-every-month routine. Your plan sets the number and type of surprises.
Get the inside word.
The day before every delivery, the buyer gets a text describing the gift, expected delivery window and note. It is your chance to know what is coming and flag a change. Delivery windows and change cut-offs depend on fulfilment arrangements still to be confirmed.
Let the lovely happen.
A gift chosen with their preferences in mind arrives. The recipient will be able to stop deliveries in one tap at launch. You will be able to pause or cancel any time. Thoughtful should feel welcome to both of you.
The day-before text.
Illustrative examples only — these are not live notifications or promised delivery windows.
Tomorrow, a small surprise is heading to your partner. Expected window: 10am–2pm. The note: “A little something for an ordinary Tuesday.”
Your partner’s birthday bouquet is planned for tomorrow, 1–5pm. The note: “More you in the world. What a lovely thing.”
An anniversary card is on its way tomorrow, 9am–1pm. The message: “Still my favourite person to do the everyday with.”
A profile that feels like them.
- Likes, favourite flowers, colours and treats
- To guide choices towards their taste, rather than a generic idea of romance. These are preferences, not a guarantee of a particular seasonal flower or product.
- Dislikes, allergies and exclusions
- To rule things out and check suitability with fulfilment partners. We will confirm safe options before arranging gifts; we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
- Home or work delivery
- To choose a practical location where a surprise feels comfortable. A public delivery is not everyone’s cup of tea.
- Birthdays, anniversaries and dates to avoid
- To plan the big moments and avoid holidays, travel or days when a delivery would be unwelcome.
None of this recipient information is collected on today’s waitlist. Please keep their personal details to yourself for now.
Random, with a little common sense.
Our planned spacing rules are to spread the allowance through the year, avoid crowding a birthday or anniversary, and keep deliveries outside the dates you block. Exact minimum gaps, rescheduling rules and fulfilment cut-offs will be confirmed at launch. Random does not mean a guaranteed number each month.
Away, moved, or something to avoid?
At launch, update the profile when travel plans, addresses or preferences change. If the heads-up reveals a problem, flag it promptly. We are still working through what can change after preparation, missed deliveries and safe substitutions; those terms will be available before you subscribe.
For allergies, never assume that a different flower or treat is automatically suitable. We plan to check exclusions with fulfilment partners and explain any limits before arranging a gift.
